Came in at around 9am and this store is always so clean . The young lady who’s usually there at this time I go is so helpful and friendly always greets me with a smile makes you feel welcomed. Great place for your pet needs.

This is for Pet's Barn on Dyer. Klarissa has been amazing and answered all of my questions to the best of her abilities. She provided me with information about the types of beds and food for my dog. My dog has a special diet and struggles digesting kibble and Klarissa was extremely helpful and gave me amazing advice. Very nice and easy to talk with. If you need help, seek her out because she knows how to help. Thank you for your help today, Klarissa!

To my knowledge, Petsbarn is the only pet store that can customize your pet’s food. I love it! They go over your options when you first get started. Then once you make a purchase you don’t have to remember what you got (incase and put it in a different container) the information is saved in their database. The information is not store specific. The staff we’re attentive and friendly.

I just got off the phone with Yvonne after looking for our dogs dog food. She was extremely helpful and very supportive and understanding that what you feed your dog is important to the owner and maintaining that same dog food is something that we’re not really willing to give up, she was able to research store to let us know that which stores had it what was closest to us. I am extremely satisfied with your customer service skills and I appreciate her more than I can say on this review. I really Hope this company understands She is to them because her customer service skills were above and beyond my expectations. I was so upset from one of the other locations that I was ready to contact headquarters regarding the last four months of bad service at the other location. Thank you, Yvonne and keep it a good work.

Wish I had the ladies name that helped me out a week ago. I went looking to replace my doggie's cone of shame with something more comfortable. She was so attentive and after not having the right size she made calls and found me one at another store...where they were just as attentive. I give Pet's Barn a 💯 for their customer service
